D'monz was raised in typical Dominion fashion, working his way through the various training stages, including warfare, covert ops, body guard, "grunt" hand to hand techniques, covering class A & B ( most common fighting techniques used by enemies i.e.. Klingon, Federation, Romulan, etc...)

During the Klingon, Romulan attack on the Founders homeworld, D'monz squad took heavy casualties, and later after the battle had been won, D'monz received a promotion to 1st of his battalion. A few months later, during a covert operation, a fierce battle between D'monz group and a Cardassian rogue ship, left both ships disabled and drifting in space. The cardassian ship was later finished off by retreating Jem'hadar fighters, but D'monz was left for dead.

Starved of White, and on the brink of death, D'monz was found by a Ferengi salvage crew, and later brought to the Federation DS9. Dr. Julian Bashir and his medical team over time, found a way to remove the drug addition, and help cure D'monz physical hurts. Over the months of rehab, D'monz was befriended by both the Doctor and Miles O'Brien, and between the two, strengthened D'monz resolve to abandon his Dominion ways and join the cause for the Federation. Vowing to repay the Dominion 10 fold for their cruel punishment and enslavement of the Jem'hadar peoples....

Approximately 1.5 years later, D'monz had graduated from Star Fleet Acad. and now serves as Chief of Security Aboard the USS Indiana.
